Tension Headaches

Tension headaches are the most frequently reported type of headache. They often present as a steady, aching pressure around the forehead or at the back of the head and neck. These headaches are commonly associated with stress, muscle tightness, poor posture, or jaw clenching. Migraines

Migraines are a recurring type of headache that can be intense and debilitating. Cluster Headaches

Cluster headaches are less common but are among the most severe types of headache pain. They typically produce a sudden, sharp, burning sensation around or behind one eye and may also cause symptoms like tearing, nasal congestion, or facial redness. These headaches tend to occur in cyclical patterns or “clusters,” sometimes lasting weeks or months

They are believed to be associated with abnormal function in the hypothalamus—a region of the brain that helps regulate circadian rhythms and hormonal activity.
