Our Team

Katherine Tomaras is a Remedial Massage Therapist with a Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science) from the University of New South Wales and more than 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her clinical focus integrates evidence-informed manual therapy with a strong foundation in exercise science to support musculoskeletal function, recovery and overall health.

Her training includes Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage, which provided an early grounding in holistic care, and she is currently undertaking further studies in Clinical Aromatherapy to complement her therapeutic practice. Katherine also incorporates Reiki, enabling her to combine intuitive and clinical approaches in treatment.

She has a particular interest in fascia, regenerative health practices and women’s health across the lifespan, including perimenopause and menopause. She maintains a commitment to ongoing professional development and the integration of emerging knowledge into clinical practice, such as the use of high quality PEMF therapy, a gentle pulsed electromagnetic field technology designed to support cellular energy.

For the past eight years, Katherine has worked alongside Dr Daniel Yazbek, contributing to the multidisciplinary care model at Sydney Neuro & Integrative Health. Her approach is centred on addressing soft tissue imbalances, supporting recovery and enhancing patient outcomes through tailored and integrative treatment.
